ap444 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ap444 ("ap444", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ap444 website located at ap444.org, including all its games, features, promotions and services (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or participating in any game or betting activity, you confirm that you are of legal age, that you have read these Terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1Eligibility

2Account Registration

To access ap444's betting and casino services you must create a single registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your real name, mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Each player may hold only one ap444 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ap444 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• ap444 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Players who fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have their account suspended and pending withdrawals held.
• ap444 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account, balance or any entitlements under these Terms to any other person.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

ap444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern how deposits and withdrawals operate on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are credited instantly to your account balance upon confirmation of the mobile payment.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ap444 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal until satisfactory identity verification has been completed.
• Players may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and cannot be waived.
• ap444 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their applicable tariffs.
• ap444 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where additional verification is required under applicable AML/KYC obligations.
• In the event of technical errors that result in incorrect crediting of funds to a player's account, ap444 reserves the right to correct such errors and reclaim any incorrectly credited amount, regardless of whether those funds have been wagered.

4Bonuses and Promotions

ap444 offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement fulfilment process.
• ap444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including prior to the expiry of the advertised promotion period, where abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address and per payment method. Multiple accounts or coordinated use of the same payment method to claim duplicate bonuses constitutes bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same general wagering requirement conditions as cash bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the ap444 Platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. A bet may not be modified, cancelled or reversed after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where ap444 determines in its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
• ap444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, a data feed error or an input mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket). ap444's decision on the settlement of bets is final.
• Casino games (slots, live dealer tables, crash games) operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer environments. Game results are final and ap444 does not intervene in game outcomes.
• ap444 may impose maximum stake limits, maximum win limits and maximum payout caps on any game or market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface and are subject to change at ap444's discretion.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ap444 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets or bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with ap444.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or extract funds from the Platform.

7Account Suspension and Termination

ap444 may suspend or terminate a player's account under the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• ap444 has reasonable grounds to suspect the player of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or collusion.
• The player requests voluntary self-exclusion under ap444's Responsible Gaming policy.
• ap444 is required to do so by an applicable law, regulation, court order or directive from a competent authority. Upon termination for cause, ap444 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the ap444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trademarks and trade names — is the exclusive property of ap444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without ap444's prior written consent.
• The ap444 brand name, logo and domain name are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, other websites or printed materials — is prohibited.
• Game content (including slot graphics, live dealer streams and game mechanics) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (e.g. Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe) and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property protections.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ap444's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• ap444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. ap444 is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
• ap444 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ap444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ap444's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ap444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10Privacy and Data Protection

ap444 collects and processes personal data as part of providing its services to you. By using the Platform, you consent to ap444's collection, use and storage of your personal data in accordance with the ap444 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and ap444.

11Responsible Gaming

ap444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following provisions apply to all players:

• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits on their accounts at any time. To activate these controls, contact the ap444 support team via live chat.
• Players who wish to take a temporary break from gambling may request a time-out period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) by contacting the support team. During a time-out, the account remains registered but all gambling activity is suspended.
• Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Once self-exclusion is activated, the player's account will be closed and they will be prevented from opening a new account on the Platform.

12Amendments to These Terms
